This tour takes place in St. Augustine, about a 30-minute drive south of the Hyatt (Symposium HQ). This tour is only available to registered attendees of the Oyster South Symposium.

Meet at Premium Seafood for a tour of the shellfish hatchery, nursery and wetlands restoration project.

Lunch at The Commander’s Shellfish Camp
(same location as hatchery)

Tour participants are invited to order from this menu before starting the hatchery tour and lunch will be ready when they return. (Participants are responsible for their own lunch costs.)
