We think creating eco-friendly jobs in coastal communities is worth bragging about. We are also not afraid to boast about the excellent oysters being grown right here in the South. But we also serve the people who just love to eat Southern oysters no matter where they are.

Oyster South gives its members the opportunity to learn more about Southern oysters and the people who grow, deliver and serve them. We also like to throw the occasional party to celebrate all that hard work!
